Palo was born in Toulouse in 1976,

His painting is part of a resolutely contemporary approach, often abstract, sometimes graphic and urban.

He draws and paints with passion, greed and even voracity from an early age. Guided by various "masters" of his entourage, he is formatted by no school of thought or academy. He retains a naive curiosity that allows him to take no restrictions and wander carefree where the brushes guide him.
The painting is an expression of himself. He does not paint what he sees, nor even what he thinks, but what he feels, rid of parasitic thoughts by trying to free himself from all sorts of judgment. In this sense, he qualifies his approach as “pre-cognitive”, very raw, intimate, almost psychoanalytical or meditative, and always underpinned by great sincerity... very direct.
Each moment of creation, very strongly anchored in the Present and focused on "doing", without attaching itself to mental activity and its automatic thoughts, is an attempt to transcend the Ego to create a window on a state of consciousness Deeper. The gesture thus often precedes the procedural thought.

He approaches in his painting the themes that are dear to him such as Consciousness, matter and Emptiness, space and time, Entropy, emotions... instinctively or intuitively, using and abusing movement, color and material...
He constantly explores, trying to free himself from rules and speculations or mental hesitations and value judgments.

Palo has exhibited in Paris, Milan, Madrid, Monaco, Palermo and Florence since taking his work out of his studio to share in 2019.
