NFT

non-fungible token

Why offer NFTs?

As a gallery owner I have been offering works, paintings, sculptures, photographs, digital works for sale for many years.

Why add NFTs to my asset?

First of all, what are NFTs?

Non-fungible tokens or non-fungible tokens in French.

Money is fungible, that is, interchangeable, but original works of art are already non-fungible, non-interchangeable. The non-fungibility of a work has a significant impact on its market value. A work of art has only the value that we want to give it.

Unlike traditional works of art that have a physical medium, NFTs mainly authenticate immaterial works. NFTs provide an answer to the question of intellectual property on the Internet and more broadly of immaterial property. An NFT can represent a physical work, but what is exchanged when selling NFTs is a digital representation of that work. The physical work can still be sold separately from the NFT.

NFTs represent legal security for artists, the buyer has no right to the work created in NFT, the NFT will not allow the purchaser to exploit the digital copy of the work or the work. The general conditions of sale can be configured by the artist, which therefore also offers great protection to artists insofar as their rights are respected and protected.

What interest for an artist to create NFTs?

An artist can hope to reach many people and thus gain visibility and customers. NFT technology is an additional artistic diffusion lever.

The artist is primarily concerned about the speculation of his work reproduced under NFT.

The NFTs created by the Art and Miss Gallery allow the artist to be remunerated on the successive acquisitions of the NFTs thanks to the resale right.

The artists whose NFTs we offer are artists followed by the Art and Miss Gallery, and you can also buy the physical works on our sitewww.art-top.eu, site on which the NFTs are also presented, site that we will update almost daily.

By buying NFTs, you can support the creation of artists.
