Monica ESGUEVA
A tireless traveler, she has visited more than 60 countries, lived in London, and spent more than eight years in Paris. Now she has fixed her residence in Spain, but every year, 3 months a year, she travels outside Europe, especially in Asia and Africa.
Monica has also studied Buddhism and meditation for years with Tibetan masters in India, Nepal and Tibet, and receives teachings from His Holiness the Dalai Lama every year.
Monica L. Esgueva has a degree in Economics from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Masters in Foreign Trade. She worked for years at the prestigious school INSEAD (located in Fontainebleau, France), specializing in executive leadership programs for international markets. She was chosen for her graduate course: Youth Program Managers. She has a Master NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and international certification of coaching with NLP by John Grinder (co-creator of NLP in the United States), she is also a specialist in coaching with NLP by IPH Institute.
In addition to training in executive coaching (helping managers develop their potential) and coaching staff (helping people be more complete), she works as a professor in the CEU MBA in the areas of emotional intelligence and leadership, she has taught many courses on these issues, participates as a speaker on leadership and personal development issues and works in different countries every week with the "personalities", Radio Punto in Madrid._cc781905-5cde- 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
