Patrice LAYRE born on 28.02.1963 in Alès;

Self-taught painter started painting in 1985.

In his fine, precise touches, he slips denser, more intense moments.

His works, all transparencies of half tints, light up with joyful touches. He interprets reality, and shows a subtle side, playing with sometimes bold shapes and colors. Emotion is always present in his watercolours.
